In this book, as with the others, he provides useful real-world information that can assist you in starting or furthering your real estate investing. There are detailed charts, scripts, real-life example stories and even example documents to make this book a real bang-for-buck buy.

Peter Conti has done it again. His experience, knowledge and expertise are all shared with the reader is this NEW and innovative “how to” book. Peter answers all the questions the reader still has (and can’t find answers to) after reading all the other books on investing in foreclosures. As always, Peter’s style is direct, detailed and to the point as he shares his many years of experience and his up to date knowledge.
