I have tried to use these forms, maybe someone else knows more?

I have just received this book (1 day ago). I ordered it less than 5 days ago. The merchant sent it really, really FAST!!! Excellent Shipping Time!!! Althought I have not read it yet, I intend to start immediately. I’ve already browsed through the topics and I can’t wait to start. I absolutely love “Dwan Bent-Twyford”, so whatever she writes, says, or does I want to follow her. She is indeed a “GIFT FROM GOD” to those who want to become Real Estate Investors. I’ve read other educational materials from her. Also, the book was brand new, excellent condition, no defects! I would recommend this merchant to anyone, especially if you need FAST SHIPPING and a quality product. Overall, extremely satisfied customer!!!!

I found this book to be too much fluff as in all sizzle and no steak. There were so many details and specifics left out that are critical to pre-foreclosure investing.
Also disappointing are the legal troubles that Dwan Bent-Twyford in 2008 has been experiencing, and how she has not paid a Court ordered refund.
It makes me really wonder about the credibility of one of the authors, Dwan Twyford.
