My friend is a renter and she has rec’d letters addressed to the owner regarding foreclosure. She wants to know if she should start looking for another place. I live in Illinois and we are looking for a new house and I wanted to see some of the foreclosure listing and all the websites want me to pay for a subscription! We rent out the house and live in another state. We are concerned about what the mortgage company would be able to take from us other than the house if a foreclosure happens? For example: bank accounts, paychecks, future annuity payments, or any thing else owned? We are not financially able to continue making payments [...] Once you do a forensic mortgage audit to your loan docs and you find out that it is full of violations, how do you submit those new findings to court in the foreclosure proceeding? Do you use any specific template? I know that these violations will not stop my foreclosure but it can always delay [...] So we are in the market for a new home and need to be pointed in the right direction What is the easiest way to find foreclosure homes around your area? I have been unable to locate any documents regaurding a home of mine that supposedly went into foreclosure.I had a realestate person aquire me some documents that stated that the loan was paid off before foreclosure had begun. How can I find out who paid off this loan? And why are there no documents stating [...] I am a real estate investor and am looking for a experienced real estate agent as well as a real estate broker who specializes with investors. Can anyone please tell me how to find one, I have googled, ect and haven’t come up with much. Thank you. |
