I know short sales can take weeks and even months to hear back. But, how long on a foreclosure? Husband and I own two homes, we rent one out. We have a lot of problems with renting. We’re trying to keep 2nd home but depend on renters to cover mortgage. Home is not in foreclosure but if we have to let rental go, when will the bank place sign? Will current renters know about [...] I want to take my classes for a real estate license well im still in community college, but have another year before I get my bachelor’s degree. So I would have taken classes in Fall 2009 and spring 2010 but would not want to get my license or take the exam until the summer of [...] I live in the state of Oklahoma and I live in my house during 1 year in Foreclosure. And I would like to know how long will take for me receive the evicted notice and leave my house? Can you simply go to one of those week-long real estate schools like residential real estate licensing? And what are the qualities that help a person succeed in commercial real estate sales? Is this a young person’s game? Can you start and succeed at middle age? Would like to bank 70k-100k? Is this reasonable? I know someone who like many americans is out of work and behind on their mortgage. They got a notice from Wachovia that they are starting the proceedings for foreclosure. If they don’t get a job and make money they will be forced to live with relatives however how long do they have? Some say [...] I received the papers 2 weeks ago that our bank is foreclosing on our home. I have not received any additional information, but we are not fighting the foreclosure. The truth is we can not afford our home due to my husband’s job loss. How long do we have before we are evicted, and what [...] I’m currently living in a rented townhouse and the owner is going to foreclose once our lease is over. I’m interested in buying it once she forecloses because right now she owes too much on it for me to purchase. Any clue on how long it will take for the foreclosure to go through then [...] |
